I work as a Marketing Assistant for the Fred and Dinah Gretsch School of Music, where I design event programs, manage social media platforms, and lead marketing campaigns that increase audience engagement and event attendance. I also coordinate live-streaming operations, ticketing processes, and volunteer teams to ensure smooth event execution for diverse audiences. In addition, I build partnerships with local organizations and analyze post-event data and market trends to strengthen outreach and promotional strategies.

I serve as a Teaching Assistant at Georgia Southern University, where I support the development and management of digital course assessments. My responsibilities include high-volume data entry of examination questions, validating answer keys and faculty feedback, and ensuring accuracy within the Folio LMS platform. I also conduct quality assurance reviews to verify formatting consistency, grading accuracy, and alignment with course objectives while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with academic policies.

I worked as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A, where I provided fast and accurate customer service in a high-volume environment while maintaining food safety and hospitality standards. I trained new team members on register operations and service procedures to improve onboarding and shift efficiency. I also created promotional social media content that supported local marketing initiatives and increased customer engagement.
